1. Introduction 

Angkop Corporation proudly functions as the exclusive distributor for Canada and North America of the innovative ECO-Flexible Natural Stone MCM™ panels. Our products are ASTM E84 certified, environmentally sustainable, and widely used across various sectors, including architectural wall cladding, interior design, commercial building projects, and home staging services.

This Agreement outlines the following key components:

  • Procurement of products

  • Utilization of home staging services

  • Rights, obligations, and liabilities of both Clients and Angkop Corporation.

2. Product

ECO-Flexible Natural Stone MCM™ Premium Brand

2.1 Product Definition

  • Our product range includes Flexible Natural Stone™ panels, ECO-Flexi MCM™ panels, and various complementary building materials offered by Angkop.

2.2 Exclusive Distribution & Supplier

  • Angkop Corporation is the exclusive distributor for Canada and North America, operating under a binding supply agreement with Magic Stone Green Building Materials Co., Ltd.

  • Be aware that any delays, discontinuations, or changes in supply from the Supplier may affect product availability, pricing, or delivery schedules.

2.3 Ordering, Pricing & Payment

  • All orders must reference a quotation and be submitted in writing.

  • Prices are quoted in CAD and do not include applicable taxes, customs, or duties.

  • Payment terms, including late fees and currency obligations, will follow standard commercial practices.

2.4 Shipping & Risk

  • Shipments may originate from Canada or be sent directly from the factory based in China.

  • The risk of loss transfers to the Client once the goods are delivered to the carrier or at the designated delivery location.

  • All inspections and claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2.5 Warranty & Liability

  • All products come with a limited warranty.

  • Liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.

Angkop disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages.

3. Services 

Home Staging Using Angkop Products

3.1 Scope of Service

  • Angkop offers home staging services designed to elevate property appeal and marketability.

  • Our services encompass product recommendations, the installation of FNS™ or ECO-Flexi MCM™ panels, and temporary staging setups.

3.2 Client Obligations

  • Clients must provide access to the property at pre-scheduled times.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the staging complies with local building codes, HOA regulations, and any property-specific restrictions.

3.3 Limitations & Liability

  • Angkop is not liable for fluctuations in property value, decisions made by buyers, or changes in market conditions.

  • All staging products remain the property of Angkop unless they are purchased.

  • Any damages incurred during the staging process will be addressed according to the warranty and risk clauses specified in the Products section.

3.4 Fees & Payment

  • Home staging services are billed separately from product orders.

  • Full payment is required before staging, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

 

  • Angkop Corporation is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The liability for any claims is limited to the total amount paid for the corresponding products or services.
  • Clients are fully responsible for ensuring proper installation, usage, and compliance with staging requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

 

  • All intellectual property, trademarks, designs, and proprietary methodologies—such as FNS™, ECO-Flexi MCM™, and staging concepts—will remain the exclusive property of Angkop or its authorized Supplier.
  • Clients are permitted to use the intellectual property exclusively for project implementation, marketing of completed projects, or internal design applications.
  • Any reproduction, resale, reverse engineering, or sublicensing of the intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6.  Warranties

  • All products come with a limited manufacturer warranty that protects against defects.
  • Our staging services are offered “as-is,” executed with reasonable care, but without any guarantees regarding the sale price or timeline of the property.
  • Please note that the warranty excludes coverage for damages resulting from misuse, environmental conditions, or improper installation.

7. Returns & Refunds

 

  • Product returns are accepted only if items are unused and in their original packaging, and approval must be obtained beforehand.
  • Please be aware that custom or bespoke panels cannot be returned.
  • Refunds for staging services require prior agreement and may be partial if any services have already been rendered.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected during the ordering process is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and complies with Canadian privacy laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, along with relevant federal legislation.

Any disputes that arise will be addressed in the Alberta courts.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
